IMPACT: There is a connection issue between Pueblo and the Tower at Colorado Springs. Currently all network resources are unavailable, LUMENS(Centurylink) has been contacted and the connection issue is being investigated.
REASON: Unknown at this time, LUMENS is investigating a connection issue.
