This evening, 2/1/22 at 6pm, there will be several updates being made to midPoint for the source data configurations. There is no expected outages or impact to current NetID data expected.
SCHEDULED OUTAGE: NetID system
DATE/TIME: 02/01/2022 6:00 PM
DURATION: 3 hours.
REASON: Patching of the system which requires a restart.
IMPACT: Minimal to No impact on the system.
[SERVICE RESTORED] We are experiencing and unscheduled outage with our mail servers for staff and faculty. Student email is still available. Network IT is working to restore service ASAP.
Scheduled Outage: AIS and PAWS network outage has been completed.
DATE/TIME: 12-17-21 at 6:30PM
DURATION: 35 minutes
IMPACT: Access to PAWS, Employee Portal, Device registration and AIS will be down during this time.
REASON: Maintenance on the system is being performed to improve services.
