REASON: Replacement the of Main Campuses firewalls.

[Scheduled Maintenance] RAMweb and ARIESweb on 5/20/2023 at 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

SCHEDULED OUTAGE: RAMweb and ARIESweb

IMPACT: Banner Admin Pages and Self-Service will be up the entire time; this outage is localized to just RAMweb and ARIESweb. Examples of impacted users/uses include registration for Fort Collins campus students, grade entry for instructors, and the Pay option for CSU-Pueblo students.

DURATION: Until Completed, estimated 05/20/2023 at 12:00pm.

REASON: The Division of Information Technology, in coordination with the Division of Enrollment and Access and other campus units, is upgrading the server infrastructure supporting RAMweb and ARIESweb, widely used web applications.

[Unscheduled Maintenance] AIS on 5/8/2023 at 8:00 AM

The T: is not accessible, causing an AIS system outage for scheduled maintenance on May 8, 2023 starting at 8:00 AM.

IMPACT: The outage is affecting AIS access for all users.

DATE/TIME: 05/08/2023 at 8:00 AM.

DURATION: Until Completed.

REASON: A network drive has become inaccessible. Because it cannot be opened the program AIS cannot run. Thus no one can open AIS on any of their computers and it may appear as though it has been uninstalled.
