Scheduled Outage: The system that support CSU Pueblo’s Single-Sign-on(SSO) environment is having its Security certificates renewed. – COMPLETED.

DATE/TIME: Friday 12-09-22 at 8PM to Saturday 12-10-22 at 1AM

DURATION: 5 hours

Affected Systems will include: No expected down time during this window, however any system that uses SSO to authenticate with such as PAWS, NetID Self-Service, KFS, email could be affected.

REASON: Installing new security certificates.

[Scheduled Outage] NetID Self-Service 12/01/22 at 1:00 pm

DETAIL: NetID Self-Service will be unavailable. This is for the following reason(s): migration to new clustered environment.

SCHEDULED OUTAGE: NetID Self-Service

DATE/TIME: Thursday, December 1st from 1:00 thru 2:00pm.

DURATION: Approximately 1 hour to complete.

IMPACT: Any changes to user accounts would be suspended during this time. For example: No password changes, activations, or email address updates.

[Scheduled Outage] System Maintenance 11/18/22 at 6:30 PM – COMPLETED

SCHEDULED OUTAGE: Campus network outage – COMPLETED.

DATE/TIME: 11-18-2022 at 6:30 – 9:30 pm

DURATION: 3 hours.

IMPACT: All network access including: AIS, PAWS, all Websites, email, BlackBoard, Internet access on campus, on campus computer logins and remote access to computers will all be affected.

REASON: Maintenance on the servers and server environment. This is part of IT’s standard maintenance cycle.
