SCHEDULED OUTAGE: Banner services — 10/2/21
Please be advised that all Banner services will be unavailable on Saturday, October 2nd starting at 7am.
Below is the message we have received.
Hello everyone,
Just as a reminder, we are moving forward with plans to perform Core Router upgrades on Saturday, Oct 2nd. This is the same work that was initially planned for Sept 25th but was delayed.
This effort will require shutting down all Banner services managed by the CSU Division of IT (DoIT). Production services will be down Saturday, Oct 2nd, from approximately 7am thru 7pm. However, non-production services will start coming down at around 3pm Friday, Oct 1st, and will remain down over the weekend. They should be back up and available by noon on Monday, Oct 4th.
