UPDATE [05/26/2023] – There was a problem with grade roll for Fall 2023 which was placing a grade of NG (no grade) for students. This problem has been resolved. If any issues persist, please have students contact the Registrar’s Office to drop them from any fall courses.

IMPACT: All campuse resources will be affected. This includes but is not limited to:
AIS
PAWS
All Websites
BlackBoard
Internet access on campus
Remote access to computers (LogMeIn and VDI)
NetID self-service (Activations and Password resets)
Filebound access
uAchieve
DATE/TIME: 05-22-2023 at 6:30pm
DURATION: Until Completed est. 2hrs.
REASON: Replacement the of Main Campuses firewalls.
The T: is not accessible, causing an AIS system outage for scheduled maintenance on May 8, 2023 starting at 8:00 AM.
IMPACT: The outage is affecting AIS access for all users.
DATE/TIME: 05/08/2023 at 8:00 AM.
DURATION: Until Completed.
REASON: A network drive has become inaccessible. Because it cannot be opened the program AIS cannot run. Thus no one can open AIS on any of their computers and it may appear as though it has been uninstalled.
SUCCESSFUL UPGRADE: Banner, Faculty and Student PAWS and Banner Admin including Financial Aid should be functioning again. Please contact the Helpdesk if your functionality has not been restored.
