IMPACT: All network access including: AIS, PAWS, all Websites, email, BlackBoard, Internet access on campus, on campus computer logins and remote access to computers will all be affected.
REASON: Maintenance on the servers and server environment. This is part of IT’s standard maintenance cycle

Please be advised that the NetID system is being patched today (02/01/2022) at 6pm. There is no expected outage during this process. This is a hosted service, if there are any issues we are informed about we will let you know.

DURATION: 3 hours.
REASON: Patching of the system which requires a restart.
IMPACT: Minimal to No impact on the system.
Scheduled Outage: AIS and PAWS network outage has been completed.
DATE/TIME: 12-17-21 at 6:30PM
DURATION: 35 minutes
IMPACT: Access to PAWS, Employee Portal, Device registration and AIS will be down during this time.
REASON: Maintenance on the system is being performed to improve services.
