REASON: We have identified the issue with authentication to be a failing switch in our core router chassis. Our vendor has sent us a new switch module, which was installed to resolve our Authentication and network issues. All resources have been restored.

Unscheduled Outage: Network Resources down at the Tower

IMPACT: There is a connection issue between Pueblo and the Tower at Colorado Springs. Currently all network resources are unavailable, LUMENS(Centurylink) has been contacted and the connection issue is being investigated.
REASON: Unknown at this time, LUMENS is investigating a connection issue.

SCHEDULED OUTAGE: Computer Resource Application (CRA) Form Outage

IMPACT: The CRA Form will be unavailable during this period.
REASON: The CRA Form will be replaced and tested during this downtime.
Unscheduled Outage: It has been reported to ITS that the Degree Audit system (DARS) is unable to process audits, evaluations or exceptions. – RESOLVED. The system is running normally.

IMPACT: Currently no audits can be ran for or by students, faculty and staff with the website or client software. No transfer evaluation or exceptions can be processed.
REASON: One of the services that runs the audits was not working properly.
