UPDATE [05/09/2023] – After checking both admin servers, we could not find any specific reason for the issue. The only thing remains that we exhausted both servers’ connection pools. We put both servers back under the load balance, and we will keep a close eye on the number of connections from now on.
How you can help: You all can help us by following the “Best Practice for Logging Out of Admin Page” discussed in BRG on 03/20. E.G Don’t simply dismiss the tab in your browser.
Instead of simply dismissing their browser windows while logged in to Admin Pages, to please complete the logout step before dismissing their browser window. This correctly cleans up the three database connections consumed by the session and allow the server, the application, and the database to operate as efficiently as possible when a large number of staff are working at both institutions.
UPDATE [05/08/2023] – Users reported issues while signing into Admin Pages. This is due to one of the servers needing to be fixed. That server has been disabled and out of the balance for now. We are working on fixing it and will add it back when it is ready. We are sorry for any inconvenience and I will keep you posted.
