[Unscheduled Outage] All Campus Resource restored at the Tower 12/19/2022 – RESOLVED


Unscheduled Outage: Network Resources have been restored at the Tower- Resolved, all services are back to normal operations.

DATE/TIME: 12-19-2022 11:38 AM to 12-20-2022 4:22 AM

DURATION: 16 hour 44 minutes

IMPACT: There was a connection issue between Pueblo and the Tower at Colorado Springs.  Currently all network resources have been restored, LUMENS(Centurylink) has been contacted and the connection issues has been repaired.

REASON: LUMENS has identified a Fiber cut in Colorado Springs and has repaired the Fiber.
