Unscheduled Outage: Internet and off campus resources slowness
DURATION: On going
IMPACT: Internet slowness, delays in email, uAchieve audits, and all off campus resources.
REASON: The primary internet was damage north of Colorado Springs.
Currently we are sharing the backup connection with UCCS. Normally operations would not be affected as this has happened in the past. UCCS is seeing slowness as well.
Currently the Front Range Giga Pop (FRGP) is investigating the cause of the slowness with its subcontractors.
As for the Primary internet connection, repairs are underway.
