Please be advised that Banner production (PROD) will be unavailable on : Sunday, August 14 from 7:00am thru 12:00pm.

Below is the message we have received.

DETAIL:

BANPROD will be unavailable.  This is for the following reasons Quarterly Operating System Updates, BDM (Banner Document Management) Fix, AppMan JDBC Driver Update.

SCHEDULED OUTAGE: Banner Prod

DATE/TIME: Sunday, August 14 from 7:00am thru 12:00pm

DURATION: approximately 5 hours to complete

IMPACT: Banner and related systems including:

Banner Application Navigator & Admin Pages,

Student, Faculty, and General Self Service Banner (SSB),

Banner Job Submission, Banner Workflow, BDM, BCM,

A/R Payment Processing, Registration, Transcript Requests,

RAMmobile (functions such as grades, courses, & notifications),

ARIESweb, RAMweb, FAMweb, PAWS, uAchieve, Transferology,

Applications Manager or Boomi processes that rely on Banner,

eIDentity (creation or edits)
