Unplanned Service Outage [RESOLVED]

UPDATE 6:00 am — Most critical campus services have been restored, including faculty/staff email, AIS/PAWS and DNS. Work is ongoing to restore VDI/virtual desktop access. Please be advised that testing is ongoing through the day. Please inform the Help Desk at helpdesk@csupueblo.edu of any ongoing service issues. Thanks for your patience.

A power loss event and a failure of a backup power generator to turn on has impacted one of the data centers on campus affecting several services. These include faculty and staff email, AIS/PAWS, and DNS. No DNS will prevent the ability to login to network resources on site, but including through the use of LogMeIn or VDI. IT staff are on site, working to restore services as soon as possible. Student email, Blackboard and the campus website are not impacted.
