The configuration issues previously mentioned have been addressed, affected accounts rectified and are currently being followed up on. We have made significant progress in completing tickets that have come in since the start of semester. We noticed some email accounts are sending ticket responses into the spam folder. Please check this. There are a few tickets in our queue that have taken longer than the desired 24-48 hour timeframe due to request volume.
