The work to identify the issue impacting AIS, particularly Student PAWS, is ongoing. While I am happy to report that the system is online and available for you to access, we are watching it closely for performance issues while we continue to isolate the root cause. We have put automated measures in place to support its availability to you. Please use AIS and PAWS, but with a measure of patience. It is important for us to continue observing it under workload.
We are very aware that the functioning of this system is critical to student onboarding at this time, so it remains the top priority as we all work together to get this semester launched.
