Blackboard Status 04.20.2020

Users reported slowing, momentarily inaccessible login, and some tools not functioning such as grading. One of the system servers was rebooted due to unusually high connections and inconsistency. The core of Blackboard remained accessible throughout the disruptions.

We are monitoring and troubleshooting issues and will update this post if there are any additional items to report.

If you are receiving a message of “Access Denied” or a tool is not working as expected, please logout and then in again. This has fixed many of the issues after the server reboot was completed.
